Annette Funicello was an American performer and a singer. Most famously, she is remembered for being one of Mickey Mouse Club's original Mouseketeers. Her career in singing began when she was an teenager. Annette was raised in Utica by Italian-immigrant parents. She was shy as a young child. When she decided to pursue a professional career in the business began doing dance and performed. The actress gained fame during the 1950s, when she was a part of the "Mouseketeers". Annette changed her Disney appearance as her age increased and she began to take the stage in adult roles. Her most famous role is being one of the first actors to introduce the genre "beach parties". Her appearances in movies included as "How to stuff a wild bikini,' 'Pajama Party,' and 'Beach Party.'
